Stena AB in search of a driven Sustainability Talent Coordinator.
Stena is a diversified group with business activities in many areas and countries.
All business units are in progress to develop their sustainability program. This important process is being coordinated from Stena AB in Gothenburg. To strengthen the team we are looking for a new talent who will be able to drive and develop the Sustainability program.
You will be an expert resource for the business units to coach and coordinate the process.
As our next Sustainability talent we will provide you with a 6 month introduction program in parallel with the daily work.
This program will include visits and training at the different units to gain deep understanding of the different Stena businesses.
You will also have the possibility of being nominated to our leadership program Grow, with other young leaders of Stena.
As a sustainability coordinator you will:
• Develop the Sustainability process
• Lead workshops in business units
• Be part of the team to produce the yearly Sustainability report
• Present and represent Stena in different forums
You will also support in Public Affairs issues. For example drafting briefs on legislative proposals and participate in committee work in different associations.
The position is located in Gothenburg but since most of Stena business activities are outside of Sweden you must be prepared to travel.
